		<description>You&#039;re absolutely right, Scott. There&#039;s a reason that the industrial beers are consumed cold. The cold deadens your taste buds so you can&#039;t tell how bad they taste! Also, drinking from the bottle or can prevents the aroma from escaping which definitely subdues the taste.</description>

		<description>Super post!  While I&#039;m still learning about all this, sometimes I find it difficult to get people to even consider trying beer 1) from a glass, and 2)not super-freezing cold.

Taste and smell is subjective as you mention, but if folks could just get away from drinking beer right out of the fridge and direct from the bottle, it would be a good start for many to experience beer in a different, more satisfying way!</description>
