Beer drinking master class

Fast Company sat down with Boston Brewery founder Jim Koch to learn how to drink and appreciate beer. We’ve shown a similar video of Koch explaining proper beer tasting technique and have an entire section on beer tasting but his obvious passion for beer is fun to watch. He also shows how a bottle cap will float on a good head which is kind of cool. Here’s the video:
